Any day in November that I can be outside in shorts and a tee shirt is a good day. Hannah helped me pick up more pears, even though I keep saying I'm not doing any more. I decided I'm not canning anymore, but I'll dry some. The granddaughters might eat some dried. They are tasty that way, and take up very little room.

 I dont have places for all I've canned.I've canned all enough pears for 2 families. I'm out of easily accessible jars. I only have salsa left to make from frozen tomatoes, so I will eventually have to dig in the deep salt depths of the shed. Lovely.
